​Tissue Transglutaminase IgA Antibodies
Useful For
Tissue Transglutaminase antibodies are useful in the diagnosis of gluten sensitive enteropathy (celiac disease). At present, tTG IgA is the most useful screening test for celiac disease. Levels of antibody decline after the patient maintains a gluten free diet.
