Collection Processing Instructions

​Indicate on specimen tube and requisition if sample is whole blood or cord blood. Contact DNA lab if sending cord blood at 414-937-6201.  Samples will be accepted from 8:00 a.m. Monday through noon on Friday at the Blood Center of Wisconsin.  Emergency testing MUST be arranged through the laboratory.
