Collection Processing Instructions

Marshfield Hospital/Clinic/Regional Center patients may obtain kit from a genetic counselor at Marshfield Clinic. Once kit is received, follow specimen requirement and storage/shipping information contained.

Samples must be at least 0.5 mm in length with at least 75% neoplastic glands.  Multiple blocks may be sent to achieve adequacy.  Myriad will accept deliveries Monday-Friday only.
